spribe's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit spribe's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
spribe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the Player's own request.
Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
